Neurum Creek Bush Retreat is aimed at families and kids, the Shady Shelter becomes the "Movie Theatre" on a Saturday night,

or any night during school holidays. This building also caters to the occasional "Puppet Show" "Disco" and other things. The local fire brigade use the facility as the "Catering Hut" for our Mini Muster, Australia Day and the "Music Festival". Patrons can use the facility (by arrangement) for kids parties and special functions free of charge.

Campfires are allowed on all sites. Bagged wood can be purchased on site for $12 per bag, or you can bring your own. Remember NO BUSHWOOD is allowed to be taken from nearby creeks or state forests.
Ice is available at all times throughout the year $4 per bag
Swap & Go Gas is available for those with exchange cylinders, Gas refills are available at Woodford or Kilcoy
Commodities: Such as Long life milk, Flour, Sugar, Tea, Coffee & Marshmallows,Toothpaste, Detergent & Repellant to name a few.
Nearest Shop is Woodford IGA 15 minutes drive.

Limited essential camping supplies (courtesy Woodford Hardware) are held.
Set in very natural surroundings on 127 hectares (312 acres), formerly a dairy farm and then used for beef cattle, this property no longer hosts domestic stock and is now home to native animals. Located west of Caboolture, accessible by conventional vehicles and suitable for Tent Camping, Camper Trailers, Caravans and Motorhomes. Some visitors come just for the day, others stay a while longer. Campers can choose sites by the creek, in front of the gorge, on the hillside, or be a bit more remote in the bush area. There are thirteen powered sites. Both campers and day visitors can avail themselves of the free hot showers in the amenities blocks, ride their bicycles along the trails, bush walk along the creek and up the slopes, adventure hike into the gorges, swim in tree lined water holes and picnic under the trees.
Platypus and turtles inhabit the creek as well as several species of fish. Red deer frequent the area and can be seen along the creek or on the slopes. Rabbits and hares as well as wallabies and kangaroos, all of which live in their natural state, can best be seen in the evening or early morning.
The distance from towns and other forms of artificial lighting make it an ideal place for those who like to star gaze at night.
